Not at all. Many of our clients start with zero experience in boxing or kickboxing. We teach proper technique from day one and build your skills progressively. All levels are welcome.
Sessions are 60 minutes. We start with a dynamic warm-up, move into technique work (pad drills, bag work, or sparring), then finish with conditioning and cool-down. Every session is coached and structured.

Sparring is always optional and only introduced when you're ready. Many clients train boxing and kickboxing purely for fitness, technique, and conditioning without ever sparring.
